We have a dedicated production line for the ultra-precision grinding of SRB (spherical roller bearing) rings. This ensures a perfect match between the rings and rollers of SRB bearings.
Our ultra-precision line also grinds TRB/CRB (tapered roller bearing/cylindrical roller bearing) rollers, ensuring precise dimensions and high-quality surface finish.
We use vertical grinding machines made in Taiwan for the hard turning of bearing rings. Hard turning replaces rough grinding and dramatically improves the efficiency of collar machining.
We use a complete set of equipment from the Austrian Michelin Group for heat treatment. Each step is carefully designed to ensure the best results. Our heat treatment process results in a hardness range of 58HRC-63HRC, a residual austenite content of less than 10%, and an ideal toughness and residual stress level. This ensures excellent mechanical properties of the material and facilitates subsequent machining operations. After heat treatment, we strictly control the bearing rings' structure, ovality, deformation, and tempering stability.
