TDO Type Double Row Tape Roller Bearings

TDO double row roller bearings have double outer rings and two single row inner rings with a spacer ring in the middle and lubrication grooves and holes on the outer ring; TDO bearings are supplied as a pre-adjusted and matched complete set. The structure of TDO bearings provides sufficient effective span, so this type of bearing is often used when the overturning moment becomes the main load. However, due to the different contact angles of the inner and outer rings, the maximum speed of TDO bearings is relatively lower. TDO bearings can be used in a fixed position or can float axially in the bearing seat hole.

Because built-in tolerances provide a standard adjustment range, TNA bearings are more suitable for applications that require fixed or floating bearings that require easy installation.
